Revoke every signed URL of an asset.
Raises the asset signing generation, so every signed url minted for it so far (and every child url signed from one) is refused from now on; new ones can be minted straight away. A pb_ id revokes for its whole asset. Copies of public objects a shared cache already holds are unaffected, and sia:// share maps run until their own expiry.
